The Board of Trustees meets in the Fall each year to consider grants requests. The Trustees consider the following questions when reviewing a grant request:
Is the budget realistic? Do the planned costs justify the anticipated results? Does the project duplicate programs already available in the community? Does the organization have a well-trained and qualified staff to support the program? Will the Foundation’s grant play a pivotal role in the success of the proposed program? How will the program’s success be monitored and evaluated? |
